January OSAP Instalments

• Students with a second disbursement of OSAP may pick-up the appropriate documents from the Student Awards Office effective Monday, January 4, 2010, (have your SIN card, Government photo-id, Student card with you).
• Students not able to pick up their second disbursement of OSAP in person may request that their second OSAP disbursement be mailed to them. Please provide the following documentation to the Student Awards Office:
  • A letter (with signature) requesting that OSAP be mailed that clearly outlines the mailing address, and
  • A photocopy of the following:
    1. Student's Social Insurance Number card,
    2. A piece of (student's) government-issued photo identification (i.e., driver's license or passport)
