WE ASKED...YOU ANSWERED...WE LISTENED!

In October the Office of the University Registrar (OUR) offered you, the students of Queen's, a chance to provide feedback about communication between the OUR and YOU. Click here for more information.

Thanks to the great response from those who participated in the survey, we have now made some changes to the OUR newsletter!

You wanted the Newsletter to be:

• Easier to read,
• More attractive, and 
• Organized better (so information that is important to you can be found faster)

This is what we've done!

• The Newsletter email subject line is more descriptive (rather than just "OUR Newsletter"),
• Included short "bullets" in the emails themselves that you can read quickly, and then click through to the OUR website if the information is important to you.
• Highlighted/bolded what is "new and very important" information.
• Noted what is "old information, but still good to know".

Your responses indicated that email is by far the best way to communicate with you. We will also be making changes to our future email communications, based on your feedback.
