Fall 2009 Convocation
- Beginning October 13th, check your degree eligibility status. Click on Application to Graduate/Graduation Details on QCARD.
- Check convocation details here .
- NOTE: New option this year! Rent your hood and gown online ahead of the ceremony. For more information click here. If you miss the rental deadline of October 17th you can still rent the day of the ceremony. However, this new option is quick and easy...your regalia will be paid for and ready for you to pick up when you arrive.
- Guests at convocation: Please note that due to space constraints at Fall 2009 convocation ceremonies, each graduating student is limited to 4 guests, and they do not require tickets. Questions about this matter should be directed to the Office of the University Secretariat at mailto:univsec@queensu.ca. Guests will require tickets at the Spring 2010 ceremonies.
