Dates and Deadlines

  • early October    Winter term fees posted to accounts.
  • October 5            Graduate Students: First Payment Plan (PPL) withdrawal.
  • October 6            Fall examination schedule available.
  • October 8            Until November 7 to report an exam conflict.  Learn more.
  • October 8            Until November 7 to register for special exam arrangements. Learn more.
  • October 8            Until November 3 to receive a partial tuition refund (25%) on dropped undergrad courses
  • October 15          Service Charges assessed on outstanding debt
  • October 15          Last day to apply to graduate for fall 2017
  • October 15          Last day to change your name for fall 2017 degree lists
  • October 26          Last day to change your attendance status and invite guests to fall graduation
  • October 31          Application for 2017-2018 Queen’s General Bursary ends. Learn more.

Ensure you have an up-to-date student card. Please go to the Office of the University Registrar, Gordon Hall, Rm 125 (Mon – Fri, 8:30am-4:30pm).
