Dates and Deadlines

  • September 1               Fall term Tuition and Student Assistance Levy Fee payment due. How to pay
  • September 1               Fall 2017 Term Begins
  • September 5               AMS Dental and Health coverage opt-out period begins. Learn more
  • September 5               SGPS Dental and Health Benefits Opt in and Opt out begins. Learn more
  • September 11              Fall 2017 Classes Begin (except Faculty of Education, Faculty of Law)
  • September 15              Fall/Winter Work Study applications due.
  • September 20              Graduates Students: Last day to enroll in the Fall/Winter Payment plan (PPL). Learn more.
  • September 22              Open Enrollment ends (some exceptions). Learn more.
  • September 22              Last date to drop a Fall term course for full refund
  • September 30              SGPS Dental and Health Benefits Opt in and Opt out ends. Learn more
  • September 30              Student Activity Fees, Fall residence fees, and UHIP (if applicable) are due (including Graduate Students not on PPL).

 

Don’t forget your Student Card!

An important part of enrolling each year is to ensure you have your validated photo ID student card.  The schedule for NEW and RETURNING students is available at August/September student card validation schedules.

 

Revamped Student Awards website is live!

The Student Awards website has a new look and feel. Questions about the cost of education, work study, general bursary, and OSAP to name a few.  Click here!

 

Queen’s General Bursary

The Queen's General Bursary is a non-repayable grant available to students in all years of study who have a demonstrated financial need.  The application will be available early September on your SOLUS Student Centre. Learn More

 

Work Study Program

Working part-time is a great way to contribute to your financial plan! Are you eligible?  Eligibility criteria, deadlines and the application form are available on the Student Awards website. Learn More

 

Queen’s Online Verification of Enrolment

The Online Verification of Enrolment is a snapshot of your current or past registration status at Queen's, and is available for the upcoming Fall Winter 2017-2018 academic year. The Verification of Enrolment form may be required for the following:  RESP agreement forms; Student Line of Credit verification of enrolment letters; confirmations for non-Queen’s awards (external scholarships and awards); confirmation of your student status to external agencies (e.g. bank, student association).
