Dates and Deadlines
- September 1 Fall 2019 Term Begins
- September 1 Fall term Tuition and Student Assistance Levy Fee payment due. How to pay
- September 3 SGPS Dental and Health Benefits Opt in and Opt out begins. Learn more.
- September 3 AMS opt-out period begins – Health and Dental fees click here;
- September 3 AMS opt-out period begins for Student Activity fees click here
- September 5 Fall 2019 Classes Begin
- September 6 Student Card pick up. Learn more.
- September 6 2019-2020 Queen’s General Bursary online application available on SOLUS. Learn more
- September 13 Last day to validate your photo ID student card. Learn more.
- September 14 Fall/Winter Work Study applications due. Learn more.
- September 18 Open Enrollment ends (some exceptions). Learn more.
- September 30 Graduate Students: Last day to enroll in the Fall Payment plan (PPL). Learn more.
- September 30 Fall tuition fees and UHIP (if applicable) are due, if not on PPL.
- September 30 SGPS Dental and Health Benefits Opt in and Opt out period ends. Learn more.
- September 30 Student Activity Fees are due, if not on PPL.
- September 30 Fall residence fees are due.
Don’t forget your Student Card!
An important part of enrolling each year is to ensure you pick up (for new students) or validate (for upper-year students) your photo ID student card. View the schedule.

Queen’s General Bursary
The Queen's General Bursary is a non-repayable grant available to students in all years of study who have a demonstrated financial need. The application will be available early September on your SOLUS Student Centre. Learn More
Queen’s Online Verification of Enrolment
The Online Verification of Enrolment is a snapshot of your current or past registration status at Queen's, and is available for the upcoming Fall Winter 2019-2020 academic year. The Verification of Enrolment form may be required for the following: RESP agreement forms; Student Line of Credit verification of enrolment letters; confirmations for non-Queen’s awards (external scholarships and awards); confirmation of your student status to external agencies (e.g. bank, student association).
