An extraordinary equation

Dr. David Thomson - a leading researcher in mathematics and statistics - is the inventor of a powerful equation that has transformed several scientific fields, including climate change, space physics, and medical research.

Using this mathematical tool, Professor Thomson was the first to provide direct evidence of global warming by showing coherence between atmospheric CO₂ and temperature. Then Senator Al Gore called Thomson's climate change research, "the best paper in the field."

Applying his equation to space physics data, Dr. Thomson was able to identify the normal modes of the sun including gravity-modes.
