The Retirees' Association of Queen's (RAQ) exists to promote the interests of Queen's retirees. We have over 400 members. If you are a Queen's retiree, we would very much like to have you as a member, and we expect that you will find it rewarding. Our periodic functions will provide you with an opportunity to renew old friendships, and keep informed about a wide variety of Queen's matters such as pensions. RAQ also provides a vehicle for informing the University on matters of interest and concern to its retirees.
RAQ will host the 2015 CURAC/ARUCC (College and University Retiree Associations of Canada / Associations de retraités des universités et collèges du Canada) at Queen’s, from Wednesday, May 20, to Friday, May 22, 2015. The theme of the conference is “Looking Ahead.”
See page two of RAQnews for the most recent report from our Pensions and Benefits Committee which includes a link to material presented at the December 5th Annual Open Meeting with members of the Pension Committee of the Board of Trustees. More information here.
