RAQ RECEPTION WITH BENOIT-ANTOINE BACON PROVOST AND VICE-PRINCIPAL (ACADEMIC)

PRESENTATION OF CURAC AWARD TO JOHN MEISEL WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 19, 2016 – 3:30 TO 5:00PM

UNIVERSITY CLUB, STUART STREET

Join us for light refreshments, an opportunity to welcome new members and a time to catch up on old friends. Our guest will be Benoit-Antoine Bacon, the university’s new provost, who will speak to us on his vision of the future of Queen’s. This will be an opportunity to speak directly with the provost and to express your views about Queen’s current status and future hopes.

We are also honoured to be able to present the CURAC Tribute award to John Meisel, our honourary president, for his long track record of service to RAQ, and through RAQ to CURAC/ARUCC. The annual award is CURAC’s tangible recognition of the significant contribution John has made to RAQ, to the university, to the Kingston community, and to post-secondary education in Canada.

Guests are welcome, so please bring your friends. If you plan to attend, please complete the form which is available here.
