Graduates: Ensure that you are using your ten-digit number from the mailing label of the Queen's Alumni Review. If you do not have a Queen's Alumni Review please call the Office of Advancement at 613-533-2060 or 1-800-267-7837, or you can email email@example.com.
Queen's Employees: Ensure that your employee number is correct. Your employee number can be found on your Employee Card or salary slip. If you cannot find your employee number call Human Reources at x32070. Please be prepared to provide your Social Insurance Number (to identify yourself).
The voting system requires an authentication key to sign-in. This key screens voters for eligibility against enumeration lists provided to the system by Human Resources and the Office of Advancement.
The voting system is SSL-enabled (Secure Socket Layer) to provide encrypted communication between your Web browser and the Web server. If you would like to ensure that you have accessed the system in a secure manner look for the lock symbol in your browser window. If you are not sure that you have accessed the system in a secure manner, when you are at the Election Sign-in page click on the link at the bottom of the screen: Click here to enable 128-bit security.
Your vote is confidential. The data is maintained by an office exterior to the Office of the University Secretariat. Only the final results of the election are accessible by the University Secretariat. At no time does the University Secretariat have access to the combination of ID number and ballot contents.
