Subcommittee on Examinations
Terms Of Reference
The function of the Subcommittee on Examinations is to review and recommend policy for the effective and efficient administration of centrally administered exams and to operationalize policies of the Senate Committee on Academic Procedures (SCAP) and the Senate.
The Subcommittee will report regularly to SCAP, at a minimum of once per term.
Membership
One member from each Faculty/School with students who write centrally administered exams, as well as a student representative:
- Faculty of Arts and Science
- School of Business
- Faculty of Education
- Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science
- School of Nursing
- The Rector
The Associate University Registrar (Student Records and Services) shall be Chair and Sub-Committee representative on SCAP.
The Manager, Faculty Services, Office of the University Registrar shall be Secretary.
