Residence Budget Advisory Committee

Mandate

The Residence Budget Advisory committee shall advise both the Senate Residence Committee and Senior Residence Administration in connection with establishing and reviewing the annual budget for the residence system and the planned/required residence fee structure and changes for the following year.

Without limiting the scope of the committee, the committee may be mandated to review such matters as are referred to it by the Senate Residence Committee.

 

Membership

Chair – Executive Director, Residence and Ancillary Services
President of the Residence Society (or designate)
Resident student representative from the Residence Society – to be appointed by council
Representative of the Alma Mater Society
Graduate Residence Representative – to be appointed by the Residence Society
Member of the Senate Residence Committee
Representative from Financial Services
