Senate meetings are normally held in Robert Sutherland Hall, room 202
All visitors attending Senate meetings – this excludes senators and Senate guests who have been invited to speak to an agenda item – must email firstname.lastname@example.org in advance. Requests for admission will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis during the week prior to Senate. Advance requests for permission to attend multiple meetings will not be accepted.
All Senate attendees are required to check in at the door on arrival and will be issued a non-transferable visitor ticket. Visitors will sit in the designated visitor seating area.
