Indecent Exposure Incident Reported

The encounter took place at approximately 8:30 pm, when the driver engaged a student pedestrian in conversation and she noticed that he was masturbating.

The vehicle was described as being a dark colour, older model, 4 door sedan.

Anyone with information or who has experienced a similar incident involving this suspect is asked to contact Kingston Police at 613-549-4660.
