Career Services took the lead on a project with the School of Graduate Studies to adapt their very successful ‘Major Maps’ project to the graduate landscape. We are very pleased that nearly all of our graduate programs participated in the project and now have Grad Maps that provide a visual timeline of activities related to academics, research, career exploration & planning.
Take a look at all Grad Maps on the career services webpage
We urge you to explore the many ways that these maps can help your students with navigating/planning their grad experience, assist faculty and supervisors in mentoring their students to succeed academically and professionally, and help your program with recruitment and promotion of the value of graduate studies.
Please refer to the tip sheet for advisors and how to use the grad maps with your students (PDF 490KB).
