Provost and Vice-Principal (Academic) Bob Silverman invites Queen's international students to participate in an information and discussion session on the strengths, and possible areas for improvement, of the Queen's experience from an international student perspective.
Tuition fees for international students are deregulated and are determined by the University. To communicate the fees well in advance of May 1 to both new prospective students and continuing students, the University is preparing the 2011-12 proposed fees to be presented to Senate for information in November and to be presented to the Board of Trustees for approval in early December. Provost Silverman would like to use this session to inform and hear from international students about the proposed tuition fee increases that will be presented later in the fall.
The session will take place Monday, October 25 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Ed Churchill Hall of Friendship in the Queen's University International Centre (Room 109, JDUC).
