Queen's is proud to host the inaugural Ontario University 3 Minute Thesis Championship on Thursday 18th April, 2013 in the new Medical Building, Abramsky House, room 032A starting at 4pm.
Having seen the success of our own competition last year, where Jennifer Campbell (Engineering Physics) won with her presentation on "Nanocantilevers", Queen's is set to do it again. Masters and PhD students can sign up for the 2013 Queen's competition now. Just go to Moodle and follow the instructions. Don't be shy, we want to hear what you are researching.
The winner and runner up of Queen's competition will then go on to represent us at the Ontario University Championship. With 17 Universities competing it is going to be exciting not only to hear the types of research going on in Ontario, but which school will come out top!
