About 275 people participated in the largest fitness class ever hosted at the Athletics and Recreation Centre (ARC) on April 2. ARC fitness instructors led the high-energy "mega class" that combined body sculpt, Tabata workouts, Zumba dance fit, and cardio exercises. The event kicked off Athletics and Recreation’s "Get Your 150" campaign to remind students about the importance of getting 150 minutes of physical activity per week. Health, Counselling and Disability Services was on hand to provide students with strategies and tips for staying healthy during exam period.
