My general research is in the area of propaganda
and political persuasion. My interest in the internet is as an additional
site for states to engage in persuasion. Essentially, I wish to
know how democratic governments use the internet as a vehicle of
persuasion and what are the appropriate democratic boundaries. Moreover,
I am interested in the way in which the internet changes the relationship
between state and citizen.
