Hazel Gilchrist is the Manager, Human Resources at KFL&A Public Health. She has held human resources leadership roles at Kingston General Hospital, Providence Care and Empire Life and has been an instructor at St. Lawrence College for over a decade. She holds a Masters of Continuing Education with a specialization in Leadership & Development from University of Calgary, an honours BA from Queen's University, a Human Resources Management Diploma from St. Lawrence College and a Certified Human Resources Professional designation from the Human Resources Professionals Association.

Hazel’s applied research interests include: workforce forecasting; changing nature and structure of work; workplace learning; organizational change and employee engagement.
