Jana Raver is an Assistant Professor and E. Marie Shantz Faculty Fellow of Organizational Behaviour at Queen's School of Business. She is also cross-appointed as an Assistant Professor to the Department of Psychology. Her scholarship on workplace harassment and conflict has been internationally recognized from the Academy of Management and the International Association of Conflict Management (IACM). Professor Raver has worked with a number of organizations from both the private and public sectors in the U.S. and Canada.
