Kathryn Mohrmann-Watson, Adjunct Professor, Public Servant in ResidenceA graduate of the University of Western Ontario with an M.A.in Political Science, Kathryn Mohrmann-Watson has over 20 years experience in the federal public service. After 2 years in Real Property Management, Kathryn joined the Human Resources Branch at Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC). Since that time Kathryn has worked at PWGSC, the Privy Council Office and the Treasury Board Secretariat on high profile HR management files such as Program Review, Privatization, HR Modernization, Executive Resourcing and Succession Planning. Most recently Kathryn served for 4 years as the Director of Corporate Staffing and Employment Equity before joining the School of Policy Studies as a Public Servant-in-Residence where she teaches Human Resource Management in the Public Sector.
