The School of Policy Studies collects program, registration and/or administration fees for various activities including conferences, special events and supplementary academic activities relating to class trips, exchange programs, etc.
Supplementary Academic Activities

An administrative fee of $75 will be applied to all cancellations. The reimbursement of the remaining portion of the program or activity fee on cancellation following the deadline date for registering to participate in the program will determined on a case-by-case basis. Where the School has already paid a third party for services that cannot be refunded, that portion of the cost will not be refunded.
An administrative fee of $75 will be applied to all cancellations received 15 or more days before the event. A cancellation fee of 50 % of the registration cost, including a $75 administration fee, will be applied to all cancellations received within 6-14 days of the start of the event. Cancellations received within seven (7) days of the scheduled event will not normally be accepted for refund.
All cancellation requests must be received in writing (by fax, email or postal service) to the event coordinator. Such requests will be considered as promptly as possible, although we cannot guarantee immediate service.
