Community Housing manages Queen's University-owned rentals (apartments and houses) and the Accommodation Listing Service. The Accommodation Listing Service acts as a vehicle for advertising accommodation available in the Kingston area for students and landlords. Detailed rental units lists are updated and compiled daily.
Queen's University provides a variety of rental options to students. All rental units are governed by the Residential Tenancies Act (2006) and are one-year fixed-term leases
