Health, Counselling and Disability Services supports student health and wellness with health promotion programs, health services, counselling services, peer mentoring programs and the Disability Services Office.
Athletics and Recreation offers over 45 programs in eight to 12-week sessions designed to introduce you to an activity that will put you on the road to lifelong health and wellness.

Join the student club on Mental Health, Disability and the Law
Health, Counselling and Disability Services offers sessions for faculty, staff and students that range from a 45-minute awareness-raising workshop to the 2-day Mental Health First Aid certificate program.
