Entering students who received a Queen’s monetary award will have the value of their award deposited into their student fees account by August 10th for the upcoming academic year.
Students who accepted their Queen’s offer of admission will be assessed again for scholarship consideration once their final grades have been received beginning mid July. If you did not receive a scholarship offer at the time you were offered admission, or your grades have increased since your offer of admission, we will review your final grades and notify you via mail and SOLUS should you be eligible for a grades-based admission scholarship.
Any grades submitted after your offer of admission will not be reviewed. Queen’s University will assess your grades for scholarship eligibility at two points in the admission cycle.
1) At the time you are offered admission.
2) Final grades will be reviewed in July.
