Students who have applied for OSAP, will have recently received an email from the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities requesting that they complete an online “Student Income Update”.
Why do this?
When students applied for OSAP, they estimated their income. Students are now being asked to update their income so that it reflects what they actually earned. It also lets students provide a better estimate of their study period earnings.
The Office of the University Registrar (Student Awards), Queen’s University strongly encourages students to comply with the Ministry’s request.
How do you sign on to update your income?
Students can update their income by logging into their account on the OSAP website and clicking on the “Update Income” link.
Students may also wish to review the “Tips for Students Reporting Income on an OSAP Application” which provides more detailed information regarding the income reported on an OSAP application.
Further questions may be directed to the Office of the University Registrar (Student Awards) at awards@queensu.ca via your Queen’s email account.
