Booked Appointments

Appointments can be booked to see a nurse or family physician by calling 613-533-2506 Monday to Friday from 8:45am – 4:30pm. 

Students can also book appointments with Health Services in person on the first floor of the LaSalle Building located at 146 Stuart Street during the following hours:

Academic Year Hours - September through April

Monday: 8:45 am to 7:30 pm
Tuesday: 8:45 am to 7:30 pm
Wednesday: 8:45 am  to 5:00 pm
Thursday: 8:45 am to 7:30 pm
Friday: 8:45 am to 5:00 pm

NOTE: Booked appointments are not available between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm; or after 3:30 on Fridays.

Walk-In Clinic for Urgent Issues

Health Services has expanded its services with a new after-hours walk-in clinic for urgent issues that will run Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:00 - 7:30 pm as well as four Saturday morning clinics starting September 2016. (No clinic during Reading Week).

Open September through April

Monday: 9:00 am to 12 pm; 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm and 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm or at capacity
Tuesday: 9:00 am to 12 pm; 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm and 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm or at capacity
Wednesday: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm; 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm or at capacity
Thursday: 9:00 am to 12 pm; 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm and 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm or at capacity
Friday: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm; 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm or at capacity

Holiday Closures: Health Services is closed for all statutory holidays.

*All Health Services’ walk-in clinics are high volume. We do our best to meet the needs of all students, but there may be times when we reach capacity and will be unable to see any more patients. When this happens, we will still work to provide health service to all patients requiring immediate emergency care or we will redirect students to alternate walk-in clinics in the community.

As walk-in spots fill up quickly, it is important to arrive at the clinic as early as possible to maximize your chances of being seen.

To Cancel an Appointment

Health Services is equipped with a voice mail system with accepts messages 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please call 613 533-2506 and speak to the receptionist or leave a message on the Cancellation Line if you are unable to come to your Doctor or Nurse appointment. Appointments cannot be cancelled via email. If you fail to cancel your appointment within 24 hours' there will be an associated fee in accordance with our No Show policy.
