Healthy Cooking Team

The Healthy Cooking Team hosts interactive cooking sessions where students are able to participate in preparing a healthy and budget friendly meal, while enjoying social time with other participants. Each week has a different theme and recipe. Examples of past themes include Mediterranean, comfort food with a healthy twist, a multicultural holiday feast, sushi, and a Thanksgiving session for students unable to return home for the holiday.

All students are welcome, regardless of your skill level in the kitchen!

The sessions are held Wednesday nights from 5:00-6:15 pm in the Health Promotion Yellow Cottage (140 Stuart St). There is a $5 cost for each session to cover the cost of the food.
