Workshops for Students, Staff and External to Queen's:

Student Affairs offers a number of programs designed to help students, faculty and staff support those experiencing mental health issues.

Therapy Groups For Students:

In this workshop series, you will have the opportunity to learn and practice helpful mindfulness, emotion-regulation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Opportunities to learn and practice skills to build stress resiliency, improve your mental fitness and enhance overall well-being. Students can attend multiple or single sessions.

Professionally led groups provide opportunities to learn cognitive behaviour therapy techniques to improve mental health. Please note: students who register without a professional referral will be contacted before the group sessions begin. For more information call us at 613-533-6000 x78264.
