Student Wellness Services Offerings


Wellness Programming for Students Only:


Professionally led groups provide opportunities to learn cognitive behaviour therapy techniques to improve mental health. Please note: students who register without a professional referral will be contacted before the group sessions begin. For more information call us at 613-533-6000 x78264.


Opportunities to learn and practice skills to build stress resiliency, improve your mental fitness and enhance overall well-being. Students can attend multiple or single sessions.


Trainings for Students, Staff and Faculty:


We offer a number of trainings designed to help students, faculty and staff support those experiencing mental health issues (e.g., Identifying and Responding to Students in Distress, safeTALK, Mental Health First Aid, and ASIST).
