Workshops for Students and Staff:


Student Affairs offers a number of programs designed to help students, faculty and staff support those experiencing mental health issues.


Students Only Workshops:


In this workshop series, you will have the opportunity to learn and practice helpful mindfulness, emotion-regulation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Conquering the Queen's Ed Quest: Workshops for students in the Faculty of Education focusing on Mental Health and Wellness.


For students who are required to complete an educational sanction workshop related to alcohol and/or marijuana use.
