Off-Campus Activity Safety

SURP students who will require a Safety Plan for their research are required to make an application under OCASP. http://www.queensu.ca/safety/ocasp. This site includes information and application forms for the off-campus activity safety requirement.

Ethics Research Forms

SURP students who will be using humans as research subjects should examine the General Research Ethics Board's website http://www.queensu.ca/ors/researchethics/GeneralREB/forms.html. This site includes information and application forms for the ethics approval of research using humans.
