The current provincial weather forecast indicates that this week we will experience several days of extreme heat and humidity across the province continuing through until Thursday or Friday. As such, we expect to have several Demand Response (DR) days this week, including this afternoon.  Please follow the link for more information about the Demand Management Program.

During this week’s extreme hot and humid weather please consider helping reduce the strain on the provincial and local power grids by turning off lighting, computers and other non-essential equipment before you leave for the day. The Ontario power system relies on gas and other fossil fuel sources to generate additional power on these hot days so every Kilowatt saved makes a difference!  Please help reduce greenhouse gas emissions and help the environment!

Thank you for your Support.
