People. Planet. Profit.

Formed in 2008, the Sustainability Office was created to

  • to advance the university's green initiatives,
  • to identify and implement new opportunities for working closely with faculty, students and staff on such initiatives, and
  • to create a greater degree of awareness about environmental issues within the University community.

Recognizing the uniqueness of the campus community, the office seeks to draw on the expertise and innovation of our faculty, encourage the passion and dedication of our students and utilize the skill and knowledge of our staff to create a campus culture of sustainability.
