The TRAQ upgrade has been completed and users should now be able to access the TRAQ system, including the TRAQ Researcher Portal.

Users may need to clear their browser cache before logging on to the TRAQ system. Please visit the following website and select which browser you are using for tutorials on how to clear your browser cache if required:

The TRAQ system will not be available on Friday, May 20, 2016 between 6:00 and 7:00 a.m. due to a planned system hardware upgrade. For any questions please call 613-533-6000 extension 78426 or email traq@queensu.ca.

The TRAQ system was unavailable from 10:50am - 11:25am Feb 29th, 2016 due a database restoration issue. Any work done through the system during this time may have been lost. Please verify your work is in the system.
