Introducing the Research Accounting event form

March 26, 2014 Queen’s University transitioned from the Data Summary Signature System (DSS), an electronic pre-award tool, to a pre and post awards management module integrated with human ethics and biohazard certifications. Researchers can now access the TRAQ Researcher Portal directly from www.queensu.ca by selecting MyQueensU/SOLUS from the login drop-down list and scrolling to the bottom right corner of their portal.

University to launch new financial reporting tool

Researchers, departmental administrators, business officers and admin staff will soon have faster and easier access to financial information following the introduction of a user-friendly financial reporting tool. The new financial reporting tool – Fast Administrative Support Tool (FAST) – will launch at the end of March.

Awards files now available via TRAQ Researcher Portal

In January 2014, Queen’s launched a new Awards (Grants & Contracts) module within the Researcher Portal. This will replace the legacy electronic award application system (Data Summary and Signature System – commonly referred to as DSS). Existing approved files have been migrated and are now visible to researchers by visiting the Researcher Portal.
