Log into MyQueensu/SOLUS from http://www.queensu.ca and scroll down to the bottom of the page. We’re listed on the right hand side. When you click on our link you go directly to the Researcher Portal! The link in MyQueensU portal is available to anyone that can sign in with a NetID and password.
Planned Upgrade Thursday, January 9, 2014
The TRAQ system will be down all day on Thursday, January 9th for a planned upgrade of our Researcher Portal to the latest version of Process Pathways ROMEO software.
The TRAQ Team Has Relocated!
Still part of University Research Services, the TRAQ team has relocated to the 2nd floor of Fleming Hall/Jemmett Wing.
Our team of 7 are now all together: Jennifer Clark, Tom Herra, Ingrid Gagnon, Bill Dean, Andrew Beckett, Pat Ambrose and Traci Allen.

TRAQ Human Ethics New Training Video
The TRAQ team just posted a new training video "Selecting Unit REB Affiliation when Submitting GREB Application". This training video is intended for researchers who are completing the GREB application and who are appointed or cross-appointed with the following departments/schools: Cultural Studies, Gender Studies, Geography, Global Development Studies, Music, Policy Studies, Political Studies, Psychology, Sociology, School of Business, School of Kinesiology, School of Urban and Regional Planning, or the Faculty of Education.

August 2013 HSREB meeting has been cancelled
Please note: The August Health Sciences Research Ethics Board (HSREB) meeting – August 12, 2013 has been cancelled due to lack of quorum. The next deadline for submissions will be August 26, 2013 for the September 9, 2013 meeting.
The July 8th meeting will take place as scheduled.
TRAQ system will be down
The TRAQ system will be down on Tuesday, May 21st at 4:30 p.m. for a planned upgrade.
TRAQ system not compatible with IE10
There is a compatibility issue between the TRAQ system and new Internet Explorer 10. The software company Process Pathways is working on outstanding issues to achieve full compatibility with IE10. In the meantime please use Mozilla Firefox or IE version lower than IE10. If you need to use IE10, please turn on Compatibility view before signing into the Researcher Portal.
