Marketing and Graphic Design Services

Marketing and Graphic Design Services works with the university community and is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategy and creative development.

Campus publications, like What's Next, are designed in-house and outsourced to external partners for printing.

Marketing and Graphic Design Services work with the university community and is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategy, visual identity, graphic design and production management (tendering, vendor recommendations and quality control).

Marketing and Graphic Design Services researches, designs, and produces marketing materials and programs (print publications, online and video) to meet the university's strategic objectives, and recommend new initiatives to enhance the university's image and reputation and build the university's brand.

The project managers, working with the graphic design team, coordinate the university's various initiatives in an effort to ensure integration, consistency, and brand value – with respect to the institution's key messages and visual identity – for all audiences.

Together with the Office of the Dean of Student Affairs, Marketing and Graphic Design Services oversees Queen's official trademarks to ensure they are adequately protected while generating maximum exposure and benefit for the university.
