The office of the University Veterinarian/ University Animal Care Committee is very pleased to present a new web based program to apply for Animal Ethics Approval.
- Topaz Protocols and Reviews is accessed by clicking this link:
TOPAZ Enterprise - Protocols and Reviews (P&R)
- Log onto the active directory system with your Queen's NET ID
- Then into Topaz Enterprise Protocols and Reviews with your current Granite User ID and password.
- Or contact the UACC Coordinator to establish a new User Name and Password. uacc@queensu.ca
New Submissions, Full Resubmissions, Renewals and Amendments will only be accepted in Topaz P&R. Paper forms will not be accepted. All protocol forms must be submitted by the listed Principal Investigator.
