​Many if not most of the records you create or acquire in your daily work are university records and should be filed in a proper recordkeeping system for ease of retrieval and for safekeeping.  It's important, too, to keep records in their proper place to avoid a privacy or confidentiality breach.  Managing records can be time-consuming and so setting aside a regular time, even just once a year, may be a useful strategy to keep on top of the paperwork.  Our new fact sheet can help you plan and run a Records Cleanup Day.
