Admissions Site Title

Welcome back! We're happy to have you!

We are very excited to offer in-person, on-campus tours again! Tours are available by registration only (see below). Tour offerings will be limited and tour groups will be small. At this time we are unable to facilitate a waitlist for those dates which are "sold out". We are working hard to ensure the safety of our visitors and tour guides, along with the Queen’s and Kingston communities, by following Public Health guidelines and we appreciate your patience.

Please Note: Tours will not enter buildings and Queen’s Residences tours are not available.

The following guidelines must be followed by all registrants for a campus tour:

  • Queen's University has a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy that applies to all individuals (students, staff, faculty, contractors, and visitors) participating in university activities in person, on properties owned, leased, rented or otherwise used by Queen's.
All on-campus activities are subject to current Public Health guidelines.
  • All visitors coming for a campus tour are required to complete the SeQure self-assessment on the day of their campus tour. A QR code, linking to the self-assessment, will be posted on signage in front of Gordon Hall. A link to the self-assessment will also be included in your campus tour reminder email.
  • Members of the public are considered fully vaccinated only if they have received the full series (i.e., two doses of a two-dose vaccine or one dose of a single-dose vaccine) of a Health Canada or World Health Organization approved vaccine, or a combination of COVID-19 vaccines. Fourteen calendar days must have passed since the final dose of a multi-dose vaccine.

On the day of your scheduled tour:

  • Remember to bring a mask, your provincial vaccination receipt, and your photo ID.
  • Complete the SeQure Self-Assessment on the day of your tour.
  • Meet your Tour Guide at Gordon Hall. See our campus map here.
  • Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before your scheduled tour.
  • This is a walking tour, that is completely outside. Wear comfortable footwear and clothing appropriate for the weather.
  • Remember that tours will not enter buildings and Queen’s Residences tours are not available.
