Scott leads a team that helps Advancement and faculty/school partners raise the profile of volunteerism and philanthropy, delivers high profile events, and provides detailed reports to donors to show the impact their gifts.
He joined Queen’s in 2019 after running Algonquin College’s communications and marketing department. He has also worked as a senior advisor in the Office of the Prime Minister of Canada under Stephen Harper and is the former editor in chief of the Ottawa Citizen.
Scott holds a Master of Communications Management degree from McMaster University.
