Is the day-in, day-out getting you down? Feel like you're stuck in a rut? Miss that spark of new adventures?

Show your career a little love this Valentine's Day and reignite your passion for leading change by joining our mentorship matchmaking extravaganza. The Foundational Leadership Alumni Group is pleased to invited both mentors and mentees to sign up for Love Your Career, a speed dating-style session.

Why mentorship? Because building relationships and getting fresh perspective can help you set career and educational goals, overcome challenges, and introduce new ways of thinking.

How it works

• Sign up to be a mentor, mentee or both. Being a mentor does not have to be time consuming! With your experience, you already have the skills needed to support an up-and-coming professional at Queen’s. Regardless of your background, you have something to offer. We want your expertise!
• On February 14, we will have 5-10 minute virtual break-out rooms for individuals (either one-to-one or in small groups) to introduce themselves. We will aim to have 4-5 rounds of interactions so lots of connections get made.
• We'll briefly debrief and then send you on your way to connect with someone you've met in the session and continue your conversation around exploring the potential of a mentorship match.
• All attendees will receive links to mentorship resources.
