New York City Branch - Welcome the Class of 2017

Students on University Avenue, Kingston, Ontario
Thursday, September 28, 2017 - 6:30pm to 8:30pm

Every year a new class of Queen's alumni is minted and they find themselves packing up their belongings on campus to relocate to a new city as they pursue their personal and professional goals. Some of these alumni find themselves moving to the United States. The Queen's University Alumni Association would like to extend a warm Canadian welcome to this new class of alumni moving to New York City.

If you're a new graduate of Queen's University, come meet the QUAA in New York and its members on September 28. We would love to get to know you and you can learn more about the QUAA, our events and volunteer opportunities, as you settle into the city.

If you're an existing member of the QUAA, come meet the new class of alumni and share your experiences working and living in the city. Feel free to share your trials and tribulations from the fast-paced rat race to navigating the New York rental market and finding the best pizza in the city.

This event on Thursday, September 28 will be at the Stone Creek Bar and Lounge and it will begin at 6:30 pm. Refreshments and food will be provided. We look forward to meeting new members and mingling with our existing members then!
