Caroline graduated from the University of Chicago in 2021 with a BA in Art History and a minor in Chemistry. During her undergraduate degree, she held various roles at the Smart Museum of Art on the University of Chicago campus in the conservation, collections management, and curatorial departments. Caroline was fortunate to gain other institutional experience as a pre-program conservation intern at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum in New York, the Field Museum of Natural History in Chicago, and the University of Chicago Library. She also completed a year-long pre-program internship with the private practice L.Liparini Studio & Third Coast Conservation, LLC., where she worked to support conservation efforts in both private collections and institutions throughout the greater Chicago area, including the Chicago History Museum and Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago.
