Robin Langmuir completed a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Classical Studies with a minor in Political Studies at Queen’s University in 2015. In the final year of her undergrad, she took part in the Caere archaeological excavation in Italy and worked as a teaching assistant for an introductory archaeology class at Queen’s University. She then completed an MA at the University of Ottawa in Classical Studies with a focus on Late Antiquity. During her graduate studies she completed a thesis that evaluated the use of XRF on corroded Roman coins.

After graduating, Robin volunteered in the conservation labs at the Museum of Anthropology at UBC and Burnaby Village Museum and worked as a museum assistant at PoCo Heritage Museum and Archives.
