Sandrine Blais completed in 2014 her two-year college degree at Cégep de Sainte-Foy (Quebec City) in social and natural sciences. She obtained a certificate in 2015 from Université Laval studying western literary masterpieces. She graduated from her B.A. in Ancient Studies at Université Laval in 2020, where she focused on ancient languages.

She worked on the interpretation of multiple heritage sites from 2014 to 2020. In Quebec city, she spent the summers of 2014 and 2015 in the following catholic churches : La Nativité de Notre-Dame, Notre-Dame de Québec and Notre-Dame-des-Victoires. She worked in 2016, 2019 and 2020 in Ottawa at the Senate of Canada Building and on Parliament Hill in Center Block, West Block and East Block.
