Jenny Corlett is the Director of International Initiatives in the Faculty of Arts and Science at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada.  She has worked in international education for over 14 years, and in higher education for close to 20 years.  Jenny works closely with the Dean, senior leadership and academic departments in the Faculty of Arts and Science to develop new programs or initiatives that support the Queen’s internationalization strategy and leads the implementation of changes and/or new programs in Arts and Science.  Jenny also collaborates with staff and faculty at the Bader International Study Centre (BISC), the Queen’s University campus in the United Kingdom, to provide support and foster strong relationships between the BISC campus and the Kingston campus in Canada.   

Prior to her career in higher education, Jenny taught outdoor and experiential education at various education centers throughout Ontario.  Her passion for experiential learning and empowering students to realize their potential is what ultimately led to her desire to work in international education.  Jenny holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Geography and Bachelor of Education from Queen’s University.
