March Break Open House Event
The Faculty of Arts and Science at Queen's would like to invite March Break Open House attendees to join us for an interactive Psychology 100 lab:
Don't Spill Your Drink!
11 am-noon or 12-1pm
School of Medicine, New Medical Building, Room 132A
You're out with a group of friends. You have a rather flimsy red cup full of ice tea in front of you. You want to pick it up without spilling it and embarrassing yourself. How does your brain know how to lift it smoothly without spilling on your first try? What sources of information are your senses giving you that your brain can use to avoid spilling your drink? Come join our Psychology professors and students to explore this phenomenon and figure it out for yourself in a PSYC 100 lab!
