Kerri is one of our Appeals Coordinators and is also an Academic Advisor. She is responsible for the coordination of all student appeals of academic decisions to the Associate Dean (Academic) and acts on behalf of the Associate Dean (Academic) to assess appeals and notify students of the decisions.  Kerri also provides academic advising for undergraduate students on all Faculty programs, regulations, and policies, and participates as a member of the advising team of the Student Services division of the Faculty of Arts and Science.

Daralyn provides academic advising for undergraduate students on all Faculty programs, regulations, and policies, and participates as a member of the advising team of the Student Services division of the Faculty of Arts and Science.  She also works closely to provide academic advising support to all international students within Arts and Science, as well as students at the Bader International Study Centre, students who have completed studies at the Queen’s School of English, and exchange students.

Pam Briand is the Board of Studies Coordinator and an Academic Advisor. Pam is responsible for coordinating the process for student appeals of academic decisions to the Board of Studies and the process for student appeals of findings of departures from academic integrity to the Academic Integrity and Conduct Panel. Pam also provides academic advising for undergraduate students on all Faculty programs, regulations and policies, and participates as a member of the advising team of the Student Services Division of the Faculty of Arts and Science.

Sarah as part of the Considerations Team coordinates the implementation and administration of policies and procedures related to student requests for academic consideration within the Faculty of Arts and Science. She liaises with students, instructors, and various units on campus, including Student Wellness Services, to facilitate the implementation of academic accommodations and/or academic considerations for students facing difficult or challenging personal circumstances.

Sarah also provides academic advising for undergraduate students on all Faculty programs, regulations, and policies, specializing in career related questions, and participates as a member of the advising team of the Student Services Division of the Faculty of Arts and Science.

Chris DeWolfe is the Registration Services Manager for Arts and Science as well as an Academic Advisor. Chris is responsible for the development, preparation, and implementation of practices and procedures relating to Registration and Sectioning in the Faculty of Arts and Science, including improvements to all processes implemented on SOLUS. He is responsible for providing support related to registration procedures to personnel within Student Services, Arts and Science Online, Arts and Science departments, and to Arts and Science students.

Andra Efosa is the Student Support Intern in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, she is additionally the Peer Academic Support Services Coordinator (PASS) for the 2020-2021 school year. Andra became an intern through the Queen’s University Internship Program (QUIP), she is an Arts and Science student getting her BAH in Sociology as well as a Certificate in Law. Andra provides academic advising services for first year students in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences. She assists with the registration of program and plans, attends events to promote PASS, and supports a variety of projects.

Haley is the Associate Director, Student Services (Advising, Appeals, and Academic Consideration) and is responsible for managing the academic advising services in the Faculty of Arts and Science.  She also oversees the online appeal and academic consideration portals and provides leadership to those teams.

Spring Forsberg-Lewis is one of our Appeals Coordinators and is also an Academic Advisor. Bruce is the Director of the Student Services Division in the Faculty of Arts & Science. He is responsible and accountable for the effective delivery of academic services to students within the Faculty and leads major projects and initiatives, oversees the operations of the Faculty Awards Committee and coordinates policy decisions with the Office of the University Registrar and other faculties.  

Bruce also has overall responsibility for staffing and human resources management within Student Services, which involves determining and setting the organizational structure, assessing its effectiveness and ensuring its responsiveness to the changing needs of a diverse student population.

Allison is the Embedded Arts & Sciences Counsellor.  She is responsible for providing private and confidential counselling and referral services for Arts and Science students to support their personal, academic and social development, and also acts as a resource person for Arts and Science Faculty and staff on all matters pertaining to student Mental Health.  Allison has an extensive background in mental health and addictions at both a national and international level. 

Prior to her position at Queen’s, she has provided direct services to many students and staff through individual sessions, group therapy, information sessions and supervision.  Being in the field of advocacy, harm reduction and community health development she has had the privilege of learning different ways of healing and knowing from a variety of cultures, environments and people.

Allison can be reached for consultation by staff and faculty at ext. 77851. Students can schedule in-person appointments by calling 613-533-6000 ext. 78264 Monday–Friday 9:00am–4:30pm.  Students may also schedule an appointment in-person at the LaSalle Building, 146 Stuart Street.  Counselling Services is located at the top of the stairs on the second floor.  Elevator access is available through Health Services on the ground floor.

Kevin is the Associate Director (Registration, Admissions, and Service) of the Faculty of Arts and Science’s Student Services Division. He has worked in the Student Services field for close to 20 years, and now provides leadership to the Faculty’s Registration, Admissions, and Service teams, represents the Faculty on matters pertaining to student records, oversees upper-year program/plan selection and change, timetabling, course selection, and enrolment within the Faculty. This includes working with Admission and Recruitment to achieve the Faculty’s enrolment goals. He is a member of the Faculty’s Curriculum Committee and ensures the accuracy of the Academic Calendar.

Kevin is passionate about empowering students to achieve their potential. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Philosophy from Queen’s University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Regina. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys well-made cappuccinos, live music, travel, and time with his family.

Brandy is responsible for coordinating technological resources in support of improving delivery of services to students, faculty and staff of Arts & Science. She works with the Curriculum Coordinator to assist in maintaining curriculum related processes as well as act as a second point of contact for registration related questions and concerns when the Registration Services Manager is unavailable.
